calculated as the difference in viewers from the the previous week to
the current week. The “% ∆” is calculated as the percentage
change in the number of viewers between the two weeks.
Notes
from BBM Canada: "This
chart shows the Top 30 TV programs for all national networks and
Canadian English specialty networks for the week indicated. Programs
are ranked based on their AMA...The chart also indicates the
broadcast outlet on which the program aired and the program’s start
and end time (shown in Eastern Time)." Demographic: All Persons
2+.
Thanks to another rerun of the Big
Bang, CSI was able to beat the sitcom for another week.
Audience of Hockey Night in Canada's
game in the east featuring the Leafs and the Rangers dropped by 44%,
compared to last week when the season started and Toronto played
Montreal. The decrease in the number of viewers for the second game
of the double header, compared to the previous week, wasn't as
significant (25% drop).
Two other Leafs games on TSN and
Sportsnet Ontario crack the Top 30.
The debut of The Following was the
seventh most watched program of the week.
Only four shows on Global appeared on
the list with one of them being an awards show and another being the
local news.
