BBM Canada has released its Vancouver radio data for August 27 – November 25, 2012. Below is the market share of the total number of hours listened for each radio station, expressed in percentage (%):

More Winnipeg radio numbers (Fall 2012)

As you may be aware, BBM made their radio ratings data public last week and we reported their market share numbers. With the market share data, we constructed a graph that will help understand which broadcasting companies are doing well at keeping their listeners locked to their stations.

More Ottawa radio numbers (Fall 2012)

With the BBM ratings of Ottawa radio stations released last week, Canadian Media Ratings reported the numbers, but we wanted to do more with the data. Ottawa-Gatineau has a wide range of radio stations, close to the same number as the Greater Toronto Area. Since the nation's capital is being served by many different radio stations, the market is very competitive. The following shows the total number of hours of Ottawa-Gatineau Anglophone listeners split up by media company:

BBM has revised its bi-annual Ottawa-Gatineau radio ratings from earlier this morning. The Fall 2012, September 3 - October 28, numbers are market shares of Anglophone listeners (in percentage):

BBM defines "share" as "Within the central market area, the estimated total hours tuned to that station expressed as a percentage of total hours tuned to all radio."

Full Coverage Reach - The estimated number of different people, anywhere in Canada, who tuned to that station for at least one quarter hour during the week.
