the period of January 7 to January 13:

previous week to the current week. The “% ∆” is calculated as
the percentage change in the number of viewers between the two weeks.

Dragons' Den and Shark Tank were virtually tied this week.
CSI gained 33% more viewers that week, while audiences of Dragons' Den and Once Upon A Time decreased by 23% and 21% respectively.
