BBM released its latest weekly list of
Top 30 TV programs viewed by Canadians. This is their rankings for
the period of November 26 to December 2:
Notes:The “+/-” is calculated as the difference in the Average Minute
Audience (AMA) between current week and the previous week. The “% ∆”
is calculated as the percentage change in the Average Minute Audience
between the two weeks.
Notes
from BBM Canada:
"This chart shows the Top 30 TV programs for all national
networks and Canadian English specialty networks for the week
indicated. Programs are ranked based on their AMA...The chart also
indicates the broadcast outlet on which the program aired and the
program’s start and end time (shown in Eastern Time)."
Demographic: All Persons 2+.
*This program is aired on Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
As I mentioned recently, the Two and Half Men episode aired for that week was after remarks made by one of their actors. It was the least watched episode for that series this season.
Shows with at least 25% growth such as Big Bang and Two and Half Men had new episodes this week of November 26 after showing reruns the previous week during American Thanksgiving.
Amazing Race and Once Upon a Time, which both air on Sunday nights, saw a viewership boost of at least 20% because in the preceding week, the Grey Cup was the big TV attraction on Sunday night.
CBC's hit reality TV show Dragons' Den continues to appear on the Top 30 list for the third week in the row.
